The Two-Face Vessel combines two iconic forms, the traditional guacamole molcajete and the mousse chalice, to create a serving bowl that changes appearance based on the perspective of the person eating from it.

Served in the bowl is a complimentary avocado-based chocolate mousse that also blurs the boundaries between sweet, savory, entrée, and dessert.

Designed in collaboration with chef Bianca Withers and the Culinary Institute of America.
